Unilovers+ QuadPay allow you to now finance anything on our website over the purchase minimum of $35+. This includes but not limited to; Tower Only & Desktop bundles and accessories.
Are there any fees?
When paid on time, Quadpay will never tack on fees to your purchase. There is no interest or hidden cost. Quadpay only charge a $7 fee on a late payment that’s seven days overdue. Quadpay reserve the right to charge a further $7 fee, if remains late 14 days after the original payment due. $14 is the maximum a customer will ever be charged for an individual order.
When will I get my order?
Your order will be processed and delivered the same as any other order on our store. No waiting! You do NOT have to wait to receive your item until after the final payment has been made.
How do I pay? Am I eligible?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. All US credit and debit cards (including American Express and Discover). However, QuadPay cannot accept credit or debit cards from overseas or pre-paid debit cards.You will need to pass Quadpay’s simple, hassle-free, instant credit check at checkout. Approval is quick, easy and requires only a few personal details from you.
Is there a hard credit check?
No. QuadPay never performs a hard credit check on a customer and there is no impact on a customer’s credit rating by using QuadPay.
Who can use Quadpay?
In order to have an account with QuadPay, you must:
Live in the US
Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
Use a US credit or debit card to make a purchase
Where can I review my order?
You can login to the customer portal to review their order, update their payment details and make additional payments here: https://customer.quadpay.com/
Can I change my payment date?
You can request to move a payment date moved by contacting
firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, it can take 24-48 hours for the update to be reflected. If you miss a payment, as long as they pay within 7 days of the payment date they won’t be charged a late fee.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on Quadpay?
QuadPay does not approve every order. QuadPay’s automated system takes into account various factors to determine whether you are approved and what spend limit Quadpay can provide. QuadPay will charge 25% of the purchase amount at the time of the transaction. If you don’t have this available, your order won’t go through. If you are a repeat purchaser and have made all your repayments in time, there is a good chance that you will receive a higher limit than somebody who is a new customer. If you have multiple orders that are not fully paid off with QuadPay, it can help to pay off orders in advance. This can sometimes increase the amount you can spend. QuadPay also look at the total value of the order and can deny transactions if they exceed certain limits.
Why has my card been charged multiple times?
This is typically because the wrong zip code has been entered. When this occurs, your bank may hold the funds as pending temporarily. Importantly, in this instance, it has not been charged and this will be reversed shortly. If the issue persists, please contact your bank in the first instance

What information does Quadpay need from me?
For initial sign up, Quadpay only need your date of birth, mobile number, and either a debit or credit card. After that, you only need to enter your mobile number to make a purchase through QuadPay. QuadPay is completely secure.
Received a message that I was not eligible to finance my transaction, why?
Oh no…I am sorry to hear that QP was not able to finance your transaction. Their algorithm is ever-learning. If you’d like detailed info regarding the denial. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org

I received a partial approval amount, Its lower then my total-cart amount?
Partial approvals are new to QP and constantly being improved on. If you receive a partial approval. It’s best to contact us via phone or FB-Chat to discuss your options. We have a few:
1. You can use your partial approval with QP, and pay the balance difference via an e-mailed invoice.
2. At times, Depending upon the order amount. We can provide our in-house RIC application to finance the remaining balance.
